Do I need a technical brief before contacting you?+

No. Start with the business problem, the people affected, and what you want to improve. We can help translate that context into product and technical options.

What information should I include in my enquiry?+

Useful context includes what you want to create or improve, who will use it, what exists today, important constraints, and any preferred timeline. It is completely fine if some answers are still uncertain.

Is the initial consultation free?+

Yes — the first consultation is free. There is no charge and no obligation for that conversation. We use it to understand the challenge, work out whether there is a useful fit, and agree a practical next step. Nothing is billable until scope and pricing are agreed in writing.

Can UnifiedSync sign an NDA?+

Yes, an NDA can be arranged when appropriate. Please avoid sending confidential data, credentials, private keys, or regulated personal information through the initial contact form.

Do you work only with businesses in Calgary?+

No. Calgary is where we are based, not the limit of who we work with. We keep North American business hours, so teams in Canada and the United States share most of our working day, but our business is not limited to the region. We take on projects from anywhere and agree fixed overlap hours before delivery starts, so reviews, standups, and decisions land at a predictable time for both sides. Tell us your time zone and we will confirm the hours we can commit to.
